Alfredo’s career has been spent inside manufacturing: methods and time measurement, process optimization, and the data systems that support them. That work taught one discipline (establish a baseline, change one thing, measure again) and it is the same discipline he brings to AI. He designs and builds every Pretel Ventures product himself and leads each advisory engagement personally, in English or Spanish.
